7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
If your order is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at omarketpk@gmail.com for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods ( Food, Flowers, Plants )
- Custom products ( Personalized items )
- Personal care items ( Beauty Products )

We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For a quick exchange, return your item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
